Custom website design & A.I. implementation agency
Your business should run without you.
Put in your address. We read your homepage, work out what is still running on you — booking, follow-up, posting, the site itself — and build you the workflow that takes it over.
Built with the same system we sell you.
What we actually sell
The website is the easy part. What costs you is everything it should be doing at nine at night, while you are doing it instead.
Taking the booking. Chasing the quote that went quiet. Answering before they open the next tab. Being the business that gets named when someone asks — a person or an AI. And the admin between all of it. Five jobs you currently do yourself. Buy them one at a time, worst first, and stop the moment one stops paying for itself.
A day
This is one day at your business. You are not in it.
Every job below ran on its own, start to finish: the reports written at two in the morning, your summary ready by seven, a customer call answered at nine while you were under a sink, follow-ups chased all afternoon, the books closed at six.
- 02:00collectorPulls the night out of Stripe, QuickBooks, the calendar and Microsoft 365
- 02:04ClaudeThe orchestrator reads what came back and decides which agents this night needs
- 02:06analystWrites the weekly report — revenue, jobs closed, what moved and why
- 02:09auditor · modelerTwo agents read that report at once: one hunts overdue money, one rebuilds the cash model
- 02:14plannerBoth paths meet — six tasks opened and written straight to the board
- 07:00courierOne message lands: what happened, what it did, what needs you
- 09:12voiceA call comes in while you are under a sink. It answers, quotes from your list, books Thursday
- 11:00auditorRuns again. And at 13:00, and 15:00 — chasing money does not wait for tomorrow night
- 16:30researcherReads what three competitors changed this week and what it means for your pricing
- 18:00modelerCloses the day: cash position, runway, and what next month looks like if nothing changes
The figures, names and jobs in this day are invented — we have no access to anyone's books or phone line. What is real is the shape: one orchestrator dispatching, work that forks between agents looking for different things, some of it repeating on its own schedule, and every result written back into the tools it came from.
01Sites
First impression.
You get about three seconds. Designed, not templated — built in days rather than months, because the machine does the scaffolding and we do the judgment. Fast enough to rank, clear enough to convert, yours to keep.
- Custom design
- Sub-2s loads
- Accessible
- You own it
02Presence
Show up without the 9pm scramble.
Content and social on a schedule you stop thinking about. Drafted in your voice, approved by you in one pass, posted for you. The point is not volume — it is never going quiet.
- Voice-matched drafts
- One approval step
- Scheduled posting
- Cross-platform
03Discovery
Be the answer, not the tenth result.
“best bakery near me for a custom wedding cake”
For custom wedding cakes in the area, Cornerstone Bakery is the most frequently recommended — they take commissions eight weeks out and offer tastings on Saturdays.
Search still matters, and we still do it properly. But your next customer is increasingly asking an AI — and AI answers cite sources. Almost nobody is optimising for that yet. That window is the opportunity.
- Local SEO
- Structured data
- Answer-engine visibility
- Monthly report
04Pipeline
Nothing falls through.
Every enquiry captured, qualified, routed and followed up automatically. Leads go cold in about an hour. Most small businesses reply the next day, and never learn what that cost them.
- Capture
- Qualify
- CRM sync
- Automated follow-up
- 01Capture
Form, call, chat or DM — all land in one place, tagged with where they came from.
0s - 02Qualify
Scored against what a good job looks like for you. Tyre-kickers sorted from real work.
8s - 03Route
Straight to whoever handles it, with the context already attached.
20s - 04Follow up
A real reply while they are still deciding, not the next morning.

05Wiring
The unglamorous half.
Booking, invoicing, intake forms, the spreadsheet that should not exist. We connect the tools you already pay for and automate the work between them. This is where the hours actually come back.
- API integrations
- Internal automations
- Data cleanup
- Staff training
Commonly wired. If it has an API, it can be connected — and if it does not, it can usually still be automated.
- Square
- Stripe
- QuickBooks
- Google Calendar
- Gmail
- Sheets
- Mailchimp
- Calendly
- Shopify
- Slack
- Airtable
- Xero
Operations
Then you get one screen instead of nine.
Alerts, mail, marketing return, the money, the board, the overnight run — in one place, ranked by whether it needs you. Most of it will not.
A mock-up. Every figure is illustrative — the console is wired to your own tools, not populated by us. Events and Property are vertical modules: they appear for the businesses that run events or manage property, and simply are not there for the ones that do not.
Integrations
We do not replace your tools. We wire them together.
You already pay for most of this. The work is not buying more software — it is the connective tissue nobody sells you, so that a booking becomes a calendar entry becomes an invoice becomes a follow-up without anyone retyping it.

Every logo here is a trademark of its owner, shown to say what we connect to. None of these companies has endorsed us or partnered with us. The dashed entries are brands that asked to be left out of the open icon set we use — we honour that rather than redraw their marks, and we integrate with them all the same.
Investment
Built for any budget.
Keys, engine, fuel — the same vehicle, bought in the order you can afford it. We start with whatever is costing you most and stop when you say stop. Nobody needs the whole thing on day one. They need the one piece losing them work this month, then the next, paid for by the first.
- 01
Keys
One thing is seized and you already know which. We free that, hand it back working, and leave everything else exactly as it is.
- A single module
- Weeks, not quarters
- No retainer
- 02
Engine
The part that actually moves you: a site that earns attention, and the pipeline behind it that turns attention into booked work while you are busy.
- Site and capture
- Follow-up that runs itself
- Running monthly
- 03
Fuel
Everything wired, sequenced worst-first so each stage pays for the next — and kept running afterwards, which is the half most agencies leave you holding.
- Every module
- Ordered by what it costs you
- Stops when it stops paying
A one-time build, then a monthly fee for the machine that runs behind it. Both come from the scan and one conversation — you get the figure in writing before anything starts, and it does not move. Month to month after that: if it stops paying for itself, stop paying us.
Ad spend, domain registration, and any third-party tool licences you choose to keep. We tell you what those cost before you commit to anything, and we do not take a cut of them.
Who we are
Twenty years of this. Only the AI part is new.
Over twenty years as a CIO, a web developer and an SEO specialist — long enough to have built the last three versions of the internet that small businesses were told they had to be on. This one is genuinely different. It is also the first one worth being unhurried about.
Nobody has twenty years of experience with AI, because it has not existed for twenty years. What twenty years buys you is the ability to tell a tool that changes how you work from one that just wants a subscription — and to know which half of your week is actually automatable, because you have watched people try before.
We are not here to make you into a technology company. We are here so that the thing you are already good at stops being interrupted by admin at nine at night.
- “I have left it too late”
You have not. Most small businesses have not started, and a good share of the ones that have are doing it expensively and badly — they bought a chatbot and called it a strategy. Being second here is fine. Being second and deliberate beats being first and sold to.
- “I will never understand it”
You do not have to. You never understood DNS either, and you have had a website for fifteen years. Your job is to know your business and tell us when something we built is wrong. Ours is everything between those two things.
And the terms
- Month to month
No twelve-month lock-in. If the machine stops paying for itself, stop paying us — thirty days' notice, no exit fee, no penalty for leaving early because there is nothing to leave early from.
- You own everything
The site, the domain, the ad accounts, the automations, the content. All of it registered in your name from day one. If you leave, you leave with the whole thing working — we do not rent you your own business back.
- One figure, in writing
You get the number before anything starts and it does not move. You will not be quoted differently because of how your enquiry sounded, what your postcode is, or how expensive your shoes looked on the call.
- We will tell you no
If you do not need what we sell, or the honest answer is that a one-page site and a phone number would serve you better — we will say so before you pay us anything. The scan above says the same: if nothing is missing, it tells you nothing is missing.
And the sample is the page you are on. Run the scan against it — then run it against whoever else you are considering.
Run it on us
