The rules for using that1website and buying its paid services.
These terms cover your use of that1website.com, which is run by that1site (Knightshyft Marketing), based in Texas, USA. By using the site, you agree to them. “We” means us and “you” means you.
The directory
that1website lists and links to websites run by other people. We choose them carefully, but we don’t control them. Prices, features, signup rules and availability can change without notice, so check a site for yourself before you rely on it, pay for it or give it your information. Our picks are opinions, not guarantees.
Commissions and sponsored listings
Some links are affiliate links: if you buy something through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Featured listings are paid placements and are always labeled “Sponsored.” Neither one decides which site is the pick. See how we pick.
Submitting a site
When you submit a site, you confirm that you’re allowed to and that what you tell us is accurate. We review every submission ourselves and decide whether to list it, how to describe it and where it goes. We may edit or remove any listing at any time, for example if a site goes down, changes what it offers or breaks these terms. Paying for a review or a placement never guarantees a listing or a positive write-up.
Paid services and refunds
Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Taxes are added where required. Stripe processes all payments.
- Fast-track review ($49, one-time). You pay when you submit. We review your site within 48 hours of payment and send written feedback, whether or not we list it. If we miss that window, ask and we’ll refund you in full. The review is what you’re paying for, so a decision not to list your site isn’t grounds for a refund.
- Featured listing ($199 a month) and other subscriptions. Billed in advance and renewed automatically each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from My site; it takes effect at the end of the period you’ve paid for, and we don’t refund partial periods. You pay when you submit, and if your site doesn’t pass review, we cancel the subscription and refund you in full. If we end a featured listing early because the site changed or broke these terms, we’ll refund the unused part of that period.
- One-time setup fees. These pay for work we start right away, so they aren’t refundable once that work has begun.
- Charged by mistake? Tell us within 30 days and we’ll put it right.
Using the site fairly
Please don’t try to break, overload or get around the site’s security, scrape it fast enough to slow it down, submit spam, malware or misleading sites, or use it for anything illegal.
Our content
The site’s design, writing and selection of sites belong to us. You’re welcome to link to any page and to quote short parts with credit. The names, logos and trademarks of listed websites belong to their owners.
No warranty
The site is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and online, but we can’t promise it will always be correct, complete or available.
Limits on liability
As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything that happens on a website we link to. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, and the date at the top shows the current version. If you keep using the site after a change, the new terms apply. If you have an active subscription, we’ll tell you before a change affects what you pay.

Occasional notifications and replies from that1website. Opt in by texting JOIN or START to +1 (346) 233-1234, as described at that1website.com/texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel anytime. For support, use our contact form. Carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
