That one website that saves a video or sound from TikTok, Instagram and other social sites
Why it's the pick
Paste a link and cobalt hands back the video or audio file, with no ads, trackers or pop-ups. It's free, open source and needs no account; YouTube downloads come and go because YouTube keeps blocking it, but TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, Vimeo and SoundCloud work well.
